Dr. Li Jianyu is a Chief Physician, Associate Professor, and Master’s Supervisor in the Department of Neurosurgery at Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University in Beijing. He is also a distinguished visiting neurosurgery expert at Beijing Tiantan Puhua Hospital.

He earned his PhD from Capital Medical University in 2007 and has specialized since 1998 in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery for movement disorders (including Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, essential tremor). To date, Dr. Li has performed over 2,000 surgeries for movement-disorders and more than 1,000 deep brain stimulation (DBS) cases. chinaini.org+1
