From Consultation to Surgery: Our Service Process

Stage A — Initial Contact (Free)

1. Submit Medical Records
   Clients provide their medical records, imaging reports, and related medical documents. We will organize and conduct an initial assessment.
2. Free Medical Record Review
   Our expert team will review the medical records, confirm the completeness of the information, and provide guidance for the next steps.
3. Send Service Process Link
   We will provide a link to the service process page, which includes treatment steps, cost breakdown, and an estimated timeline.

Stage B — Medical Record Review and Expert Initial Screening (Paid/Free Option)

1. Free Written Initial Evaluation
   Our experts will conduct a written preliminary evaluation of the medical records and provide initial treatment recommendations.
2. Optional Paid Expedited Evaluation
   Clients can opt for an expedited service, where a top-tier hospital expert provides a signed formal written evaluation, including a treatment plan and feasibility analysis.
3. Evaluation Results
   The expert's written initial evaluation (PDF) includes feasibility analysis, suggested supplementary tests, and an estimated surgical window.

Stage C — Confirm Travel Intent → Sign Service Intent Agreement

1. Send Service Intent Agreement/Pre-Contract
   After the client confirms their intent to travel to Beijing for treatment, we will send the bilingual (Chinese and English) service intent agreement, which details the treatment plan, cost breakdown, and service terms.
2. Electronic Signature of Intent Agreement
   The client prints, signs by hand, and sends a photo or scan back to us as preliminary confirmation.
3. Payment of Deposit (Optional)
   The client can pay a small deposit (suggested ≤ 10% of the total service cost or a fixed low amount) to confirm the airport pickup service. The deposit is paid to the company’s corporate bank account.
4. Provide Appointment Confirmation
   After the deposit is paid, the client will receive a bilingual appointment confirmation document, which includes the expert’s estimated surgery window and arrival process.

Stage D — Arrival in China (Airport Pickup and First Day Arrangements)

1. Airport Pickup Service
   We arrange a special car service for airport pickup (pickup fee is included if the deposit has been paid).
2. Document Verification and Signing of Formal Contract
   Upon arrival, we will verify the client’s identity documents (passport/visa, etc.) and have them sign the formal service contract (in Chinese and English). The client will also pay the relevant fees as per the contract.
3. Payment of Small Fees (e.g., Pickup Fee)
   If the client needs to pay temporary fees (such as the pickup fee) upon arrival, payment can be made by cash, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or credit card.

Stage E — Consultation and Surgery (Payment Management)

1. Medical Fees Payment
   The client will pay the medical fees directly to the hospital, or the company can pay on their behalf and provide invoice verification.
2. Payment of Agency Service Fee
   According to the contract, the agency service fee will be paid in two installments:
