⏱️ The team successfully completed multiple ultra-fine anastomoses between lymphatic vessels and micro-veins, effectively re-establishing the physiological lymphatic drainage pathway.
🩸 On the first postoperative day, the patient experienced a significant decrease in limb tension and visible volume reduction.
